Perry Zeyer

Perry Zeyer

Licensed Funeral Director/Mortician, Owner

Perry Zeyer was born in Nampa and raised on the family farm in Melba, a son of

Alfred “Tad” and Shirley Loveland Zeyer. He graduated from Melba High School and

attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He served a two-year mission in

Osaka, Japan for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He then returned to

BYU to continue his undergraduate studies in Family Sciences. He also attended and

graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.


Perry is married to Lourdes Lopez Zeyer. They are the parents of four children: Marie

(Taylor) Driesel, Rachel (Jordon) Ostermiller, Stephen and Michael; and grandparents to

six grandchildren: Avery, Kamden, Rylan and Maeli Driesel and Navi and Aden

Ostermiller.

Con Zeyer

Licensed Funeral Director/Pre-Need Specialist

Con Zeyer has been blessed with a lifetime of family,

service, and community involvement. Con has been

married to his wife, Saundra, for 55 years and has 6

children and 21 grandchildren. He graduated from Utah

State University in 1971 and retired from farming in 2022.

Con holds a Funeral Director’s License in the State of

Idaho and has had the privilege of working alongside his

brother, sister, daughter, other family members, and many

friends in the funeral home profession. Through these

experiences, he has come to appreciate the importance of

compassion, understanding, and personal attention during

life’s difficult moments.


It is Con’s sincere desire to assist families by providing

information, guidance, and support as they make funeral

arrangements for a loved one. Planning a funeral is an

important and deeply personal experience, and he is

committed to helping families honor the life and memory

of those they cherish.


It is his privilege and honor to serve and support families

during a time of loss.

Taylor Driesel

Taylor Driesel

Licensed Funeral Director/Mortician/Bilingual

Taylor is a licensed funeral director and mortician who has worked for Zeyer Funeral

Chapel going on 10 years. He has great compassion for the families that he serves and

is honored to help those who are going through some of the most difficult times of their

lives. Taylor is Married to his wife Marie and has four children; Avery, Kamden, Rylan,

and Maeli. When he is not working he loves spending time with his family and anything

that keeps him active and outside.

Clarixa Cruz Torres

Clarixa Cruz Torres

Licensed Funeral Director/Mortician, Bilingual

Raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Clarixa Cruz Torres left the island in 2014 to pursue her

dream of becoming an embalmer, dedicating herself to a profession that allows her to

bring comfort and dignity to families during times of loss.

 

In 2017, Clarixa began her funeral service career and spent her first three years

mastering the art and science of embalming as an apprentice under Shelby Calleja and

Paul Wood at The Springs Funeral Services in Colorado Springs, Colorado. During that

time, she earned her Mortuary Science degree from Arapahoe Community College and

gained extensive experience in embalming and restoration. She later obtained her

Crematory Operator Certification and developed a specialization in restorative work.

 

As a bilingual funeral professional, she is especially passionate about serving the

Hispanic community, ensuring Spanish-speaking families receive compassionate care,

clear communication, and support during difficult times.

 

In 2023, Clarixa moved to Idaho to pursue professional licensure and continue growing

in her career. Since then, she has built strong roots in the Treasure and Magic Valley,

where she married Anthony Rogers and welcomed two beautiful boys, creating the

loving family she had always dreamed of. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time

with her family and is actively involved in the local table-top community, where she has

built many lasting friendships.



James Bliss

James Bliss

Mortician Apprentice

James Bliss has served in ministry for 25 years and has been the pastor of Lake Shore

Drive Baptist Church in Nampa, Idaho for over two decades. For the past three years,

he has also served at Zeyer Funeral Chapel as a Funeral Director Assistant and

Apprentice.


Originally from Michigan, James is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist University in

Wisconsin and Andersonville Theological Seminary in Georgia.

James has a deep compassion for people and enjoys helping families during some of

life’s most difficult moments. He values building relationships, listening to others, and

meeting the needs of those he serves with kindness, care, and respect. His pastoral

experience, along with his work in funeral service, allows him to minister to families with

both professionalism and compassion.


James and his wife, Tawnya, have four children and enjoy spending time together as a

family while serving their community.



Jo-Lynn Adams

Jo-Lynn Adams

Office Manager

Jo-Lynn Adams serves as the Office Manager at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, joining the team in

2024. Raised in Fortuna, California, she later spent four years serving her country in the United

States Air Force. She has called Idaho home since 2023. In her role, Jo-Lynn is deeply committed

to serving families with compassion, care, and guidance during their most difficult times of loss.

Outside of work, Jo-Lynn is a devoted family woman who shares 7 children and 5 grandchildren

with her husband, Sam Adams. She loves spending her free time outdoors, reading, camping,

and making memories with her family and friends.

Tina Rosenlund

Tina Rosenlund

Office Assistant/Headstone Specialist

Tina Rosenlund has served as the Office Assistant at Zeyer Funeral Chapel for the past five

years. As a niece of the Zeyer family, she values the chapel’s tradition of compassionate service

and feels honored to support families during meaningful moments of remembrance and healing.

Born and raised in Melba, Tina takes pride in her Idaho roots and enjoys serving her local

community. As the chapel’s headstone specialist, she works closely with families to help create

meaningful memorials that honor their loved ones. Tina is committed to creating a welcoming

environment through compassion, professionalism, and attentive care, helping foster a supportive

atmosphere for families, guests, and staff alike.
