Obituary

Wynema "Gail" England, 85, of Nampa passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Gail was born in Fresno, California on January 16, 1938, to Ozro and Vlema Waterman. She was the first of three children, and the only daughter. She graduated high school and went to college where she met her marine and love of her life John. They married in August of 1961, and shared almost 63 years of marriage and two children, Jo Lynn and Sara.

Gail was the glue bonding her family together. She was the caretaker of both her mother and father, along with her stepmother. She loved camping, goats, working for Shaklee, spending time with her growing family, and going to church to worship with her brothers and sisters in Christ. There were a few things she was not a fan of...snakes, the dentist, or the word exercise. All of which were unwanted conversations.

In her 85 years of life, she was a daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, and faithful sister. Holding all these incredible titles she held so dear to her heart. In troubled times she would say "I love my family, I love my kids, I love all my kids." Her love I the purest her family has known. She is the woman we look up to and hope to continue passing down her example in faith, love, hope, joy, loyalty, and strength.

Gail is survived by her husband John; brother Lynde, brother Benny (Georgine); her daughter Jo Lynn (Greg), Sara (Rob); adopted son Jimmy (Paulette); seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; nieces, a nephew, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother; many aunts and uncles; and her great-grandson.

A viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 27 at Zeyer Funeral Chapel with funeral services at 10:00 AM Friday, April 28, at the Chapel. A reception will follow the services at the Nampa Church of Christ, 53 N Yale St in Nampa, Idaho 83651
