Verl Eugene Beam passed away July 15, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Verl was born August 20, 1941, the youngest of eight children to Robert Beam and Emiline Badger Beam. He was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers; one son and one great-grandson. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, stepdaughter and son-in-law, and a stepson and daughter-in-law, nine grandsons and three granddaughters; four great- granddaughters and two great-grandsons; several nieces and nephews. Verl married Janet Shaw which produced two sons. Their marriage ended in 1968. He later married the love of his life Linda Shelley Beam. Understandably, after 37 years together, he mourned her passing until his passing. Verl did marry again to Sharon Lee she passed in 2017. At the time of his death, he had a very special companion Lynn Cloward who was there by his side at the time of his death. There were many tears with his passing but also laughs about his quirky sayings. Verl was a private person and kept very much to himself. Graveside service will be in September at Wilder cemetery date to be determined.
