Obituary

Tamra "Tammy" Marie Bailey, 77, passed away on June 23, 2026, in Kuna, Idaho, of natural causes.

Tammy was born on September 25, 1948, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Bard DeWayne Bailey and Evelyn Marie McDonald. As the oldest child, she carried a lifelong sense of responsibility, compassion, and care for others.

Tammy married Ivan Russell Milburn, and together they shared 35 years of marriage and raised three children. She spent her later years residing in Nampa, Idaho.

A dedicated and hardworking woman, Tammy worked multiple jobs to support her family. She later retired as a technician from Micron Technologies, where she was respected for her diligence and commitment.

Tammy was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her faith, along with her deep love for her family, guided her life and shaped the way she cared for those around her.

She took immense pride in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Visiting with them and attending their activities brought her great joy. Tammy will be remembered as a very caring and loving person, with a contagious laugh and a warm, welcoming smile.

She had a deep love for the outdoors and all living things, especially animals. Her favorite places were the mountains and the ocean, where she found peace and happiness.

Tammy is survived by her children, Trace Milburn (Heidi), Fadra Weedop (Curtis), and Eric Milburn; her 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on June 27, 2026, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel, located at 3305 W. Kuna Road in Kuna, Idaho.

Tammy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
