Steven John Giordano was a loving husband, devoted father, cherished Papa, and loyal friend whose presence brought adventure, laughter, and love wherever he went.

For 40 years, Steve shared his life with his wife, Denise, his partner through all of life’s adventures. Two crazy Italians from opposite sides of the country found each other and built a life together. Through four decades of laughter, challenges, adventures, and memories, they created a beautiful life and a family that was their greatest accomplishment.

Being a Father and Papa was one of the greatest joys of Steve’s life. He had a special way of making everything an adventure for his grandchildren: Mason, Maddox, Hailey, Aria, and Evie. Just as he did for his kids, Zack and Bri. He played with them, made them laugh, and created the kind of memories they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. To his kids he was not just their dad but their role model, their rock, and the person who showed them how to really live life. To his grandkids, Papa was not just someone who loved them—he was someone who got down and played, made ordinary moments exciting, and showed them how much fun life could be.

Steve was a third generation plumber. He was a true craftsman, took pride in his work, and was a trusted advisor. He had an adventurous spirit and a passion for Harley riding, camping and exploring the open road. He was the planner, often turning an ordinary weekend into an unforgettable adventure. Steve knew the destination. It was always about the journey.

He was incredibly wise and could fix just about anything. Whether something was broken, a plan needed to be made, or someone simply needed advice, Steve was the person people could count on. He was creative, resourceful, and always seemed to find a way to make things work.

But perhaps his greatest gift was the way he made people feel. Steve was the life of the party. He was goofy, playful, and had a way of finding fun in even the simplest moments. Give him his family, his friends, and an opportunity to make some memories, and he was happy.

Steve was fiercely loyal and deeply faithful to the people he loved. He would do anything for the people he cared about, and his word meant something. He stood his ground when it came to his beliefs and lived with conviction, courage, and a strong sense of right and wrong.

Steve was also deeply patriotic. He loved God and his country. His faith, values, and unwavering loyalty were an important part of who he was.

Above all, Steve was a family man. His greatest adventures were the ones shared with the people he loved. He was one of a kind.

Steve leaves behind a lifetime of memories, countless stories, and a legacy of love that will continue through his family, his friends, and especially his grandchildren. Though the road ahead will be traveled without him, the miles he shared with those he loved will never be forgotten.

Steve knew the ultimate Destination. He made it one hell of a journey.
