Sandra Covey, 72, of Nampa, ID, passed away on September 20, 2023. She was born on September 26, 1950, in Linz, Austria, where her father was stationed. Sandi grew up all over the world as an "Army brat" and this cultivated her lifelong love of travel.

Sandi was a creative individual with a passion for computers. She would create detailed, personalized calendars that her family looked forward to receiving every Christmas. In addition, Sandi enjoyed card games, reading, and playing bingo.

She is survived by her loving husband, James "JB" Covey, her children Terri (Spencer) Hollingsworth, Tom Covey, and Jeff Covey, her granddaughter Kiera Gilbert, her sister Sue Link, and nephew Jay Link.

A memorial will be held in honor of Sandi at the Idaho State Veteran's Cemetery on Friday, October 13 at 1:00 PM. In addition, a Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 22, from 1-3pm at Cinzetti's, 281 W 104th Ave, Northglenn, CO. Friends and family are invited to attend and share their fond memories of Sandi.
