Obituary for Reveta Witters Strolberg December 19, 1957 – November 14, 2025

Reveta Witters Strolberg, beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 14th, 2025. She was born on December 19, 1957, in Boise, Idaho, to Vella Irene Campbell and Rowland Charles Witters.

At the age of seven, Reveta was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes—a challenge she faced with courage, grace, and unshakable faith. During that time, a kind nurse taught her how to crochet. Reveta poured her heart into her crocheting, creating countless beautiful pieces that she shared with family and friends as tokens of love.

On June 11, 1982, Reveta married the love of her life, Steven Louis Strolberg. Together, they shared a marriage built on laughter, devotion, and a deep love for one another through their journey of life together.

One of Reveta's proudest accomplishments was earning her Licensed Practical Nursing degree. Nursing was more than a career to her—it was a calling. She has always had a passion and love for hospice and long-term care. Among her many meaningful experiences, she found special purpose in caring for her father during his later years while working at the nursing home where he lived. Her compassion and gentle care touched every life she encountered.

Reveta was also exceptionally talented musically. She played the piano beautifully and had a wonderful singing voice. Music was one of her greatest joys, and she used her talents to uplift others. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she shared her musical gifts and her testimony of faith while serving in her many callings. Her service was heartfelt, and her devotion to the Lord was evident in everything she did.

Reveta was truly the life of the party. Her laughter was contagious, her presence unforgettable, and her sense of style unmatched. She never left home without her makeup perfectly done and always with some bling. Her sparkle and warmth lit up every room she entered.

She will be remembered for her strength, creativity, kindness, and unwavering faith. Reveta faced every challenge with courage and humor, inspiring everyone around her to do the same. She always would say and strongly believed, "The life you live is the legacy you leave." And what an amazing legacy she has left for us all.

A celebration of Reveta's life was held on Nov. 1, 2025. Friends, family, colleagues, and caretakers were able to share their heartfelt memories and hugs with Reveta. She will remember that day for a very long time.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Strolberg; brother, Steven (Peggy) Witters; and sister, DeEsta Beck. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vella and Rowland Witters, and sister, Andrea Witters.

Reveta's beauty, compassion, faith, and joyful spirit will live forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.   The family has planned a private service at the cemetery.
