Rae B. Kitzhaber, 103, of Nampa died Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at her home of natural causes. She was born September 16, 1913 to Rollie H. and Edna M. Embree Blackwell in Marengo, Iowa. She was the oldest of nine children. She was a great home maker for her children and at the same time worked over 80 years as a beautician. Rae leaves behind her children: Laura Mae Dillard, Jim (Pat) Kitzhaber, Bill (Linda) Kitzhaber and Paul Kitzhaber; 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
