Marilyn Lytle Marilyn was born on October 31, 1944, to Thomas Harris and Alice (Myers) Harris in Tacoma, Washington. She was married to Travis DeWayne Lytle on April 25, 1960. Marilyn had three children: Travis Lytle, Danette Shaw, and Michelle Jackson. Michelle passed away as a young adult, and Marilyn was able to raise her son, Alex.

Marilyn believed in God and Jesus. She learned later in life that she came from Jewish descendants.

Some hobbies and interests for Marilyn included art. She had a dream to refurbish furniture and paint. She had a room full of canvases, easels, and paint. Marilyn also liked to read; she prized history, especially Jewish history. She even built her own floor-to-ceiling bookshelf that covered wall to wall.

Marilyn moved from Washington State after her husband's death. She loved Idaho.
