Margarita Guardiola

Margarita Moreno Guardiola, age 60, of Nyssa, Oregon, passed away on September 6, 2026, after a long battle with stage IV renal cell carcinoma. She was born on January 15, 1966, in Crystal City, Texas, to Merced Guardiola and Lydia Moreno. With a deep commitment to both her family and her future, she successfully balanced the demands of raising her children while pursuing her college degree. She is survived by her mother, Lydia Moreno (Bernardo); her siblings Rolando, Ricardo, Joe (Yvonne), Raquel, Cesar, Mario (Heather), and Elias; her children Salud, Virginia (Anthony), Ruben Jr., Fabian, and Romeo (Jackie); and her grandchildren SanJuana, Francisco, Angelita, Rosalinda, Vontricia (Vannessa), Thalia (Xaviar), Ruben, Marina, Mya, Arianna, Sofia, Xavier, Zariah, Lucio, Romeo, and Mila. The viewing and rosary will be Wednesday, September 23rd, at 6pm at Saint Bridget of Kildare Catholic Church in Nyssa, Oregon; the church ceremony will be Thursday, September 24th, at 11am, and the burial will be at 12pm at the Hilltop Cemetery.
