Jerry Eugene Archer, 82, passed away Monday, October 31, 2016 in Caldwell, ID. He had been fighting bone cancer for two years. Jerry is survived by wife Nancy; 10 children; 24 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren; two brothers and his only sister. Jerry was born in Boise, Idaho to Howard & Berta Archer. He worked all over the western states. Jerry will be missed, but we know he is now free from pain and is with his family that went before! Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 5, at the Caldwell 2nd Ward LDS Chapel, 4509 S Montana Ave in Caldwell. A viewing will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, November 4 at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N Midland Blvd, Nampa (467-7300) and at the church from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday, prior to the services. Dedication of the grave will take place at 12 noon, following the services, at Terrace Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4225 E. Fairview Ave in Meridian. A Family luncheon will be held at the church following the burial.
