Janice Redinger Foreman Walker, 78, of Nampa, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 in a Boise hospital. Janice was born October 8, 1937, in Streeter, North Dakota to August and Lydia Redinger. When she was just a baby the family moved to Nampa. This is where she called home and raised her family. She graduated from Nampa High School in 1956. In November of the same year she married Glen Foreman. One year later her son Randy Foreman was born. She graduated from the Sisters of Mercy in 1959 and became one of the best nurses that ever graced a hospital. She worked the next forty-two years at Mercy Hospital in Nampa. Starting at the old hospital on 16th Ave. and then move to the new hospital on 12th Ave. In 1961 her daughter Debbie Foreman was born. On Sept. 5, 1965 tragedy struck. Her husband Glen died in a boating accident. On Nov. 16, 1966 she married Ron Walker. Ten years later that marriage ended in divorce, however, they remained friends. Her whole life was devoted to her children, family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Vern Redinger and her sister Lorraine Payne. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 1-4-3 Momp A viewing, where the family will greet friends and relatives, will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 29 from 3-5 p.m. at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N.
