Jack Alan WardJack passed away peacefully on August 30, 2022 at the age of 67 at Streamside Assisted Living.His services and interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens on September 9, 2022.Jack was born August 29, 1955 in Nampa, Idaho to Harry and Bernice Ward. He grew up in Nampa and attended Lakeview Elementary and graduated from Nampa High School in 1976. Jack was called on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Washington State and he served faithfully for two years. On August 19, 1980 approximately a year after he returned home from his mission, he enlisted in the United States Army. He was stationed in California where he served four years and then received an Honorable discharge from the Army. Jack has lived in his home that he built in Nampa for most of his adult life.Jack is survived by his two daughters Gena Palacios (and her 4 children and 2 grandchildren) and Raedeen and Sam Mitchell (with her 2 children); a step-brother, Harry L. Ward of Boise; two brothers, Chris Mathew Ward and Thomas Emmett Ward of Nampa; and sister, Moeena Marcia Eckman.He was preceded in death by both parents and a sister.
