Frances G. Hartman, 74, of Nampa went to be with the Lord November 12, 2020. Frances was born in Salinas, California on June 24, 1946 to Harley and Gracie Gray Maidwell. Frances grew up in Salinas where she met her husband of 49 years, Laymond Hartman. They entered into wedlock December 31, 1963 and were blessed with five children. She was a stay at home mom and took care of the household. In 2003 Laymond and Frances moved to Nampa, Idaho and later adopted two boys. Frances enjoyed gardening, ceramics, collecting coca cola and Disney. Frances was a devoted Christian and an avid church member. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Laymond Hartman; her son, Laymond Harley; and her daughter, Jannette. She is survived by two daughters, Nanette Spyksma, of Ripon, California; Lynae Mealer of Nampa; three sons: Jarrot, Anthony and Bret Hartman all of Nampa; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 15862 S. Indiana Avenue, Caldwell. A small memorial gathering to celebrate her life will be held at her residence following the graveside service.
