Obituary

Donna Jene Queen

Donna Jene Queen, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away October 16, 2025, from kidney disease.  She was born July 28th, 1954, in North Platte, Nebraska. She is the youngest of five children from parents Vergle and Florence Pew.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Clyde, of 25 years, as well as her daughter, Angie Wright, plus 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.  She was loved by all that knew her.

Donna was a very special lady that loved working for the seniors in her community.  She was the Nampa "Meals on Wheels" coordinator for 35 years.  Later, she became the director at the Caldwell Senior Center.  Her final assignment was working at the Area 3 Senior Agency on Aging.

Donna loved to travel with Clyde, and they had many adventures together. Highlights of their travels included a Baltic Sea cruise and touring Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Russia, and England.

Donna loved going to the zoos and seeing the gorillas.  Even though she was sick battling her disease, she was able to see the gorillas in Salt Lake City, Utah, for the last time on their 25th wedding anniversary in June of this year.

She is now with her Savior in Heaven!
