Darrell Dee Fullmer passed away at the age of 93 on February 23, 2025, at his home in Nampa, Idaho, surrounded by family. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as a Bishop and held many positions in the church. Darrell lived a fulfilling life with his wife of 72 years, Verla Ruth Arnold; and five sons, Lane, Jack, Neil, Mark and Alan. They lived in Pocatello, Idaho, for twenty years, moving to Nampa in 1971 for his work in management at the PFE division of Union Pacific Railroad.

Darrell loved planting and caring for his garden. He enjoyed going to the church orchard, gleaning and canning his harvest, growing his own fruit to make his freezer jams.

Darrell is survived by his wife, Ruth; children, Jack (Becky) Fullmer, Mark ( Sheryl) Fullmer; daughters-in-law, Debi and Sherrie Fullmer; 13 grandchildren, and 36 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sons, Lane, Neil and Alan; granddaughters, Collette, Jennifer and Liz Fullmer; parents and siblings.

A viewing will be held from 10:00 am until 10:45 am, Friday, February 28, 2025, at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, 927 Ruth Ln, Nampa, ID. Funeral service will follow the viewing at 11:00 am. Graveside service will conclude at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
