Carlos Leroy Telford, 81, of Boise, Idaho died Saturday, February 18, 2017, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born March 16, 1935 in Woodville, Idaho to Benjamin Wiley Telford and Myrtle Jane Hammer. His siblings are Cloea, Helen and Melvin Ray. He married Patricia Ann Kappen, June 18, 1954. Sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on June 29, 1964. They were blessed with two children Larry Neil (Zoe) and Pamela Rae. Carlos was a life long member of the LDS Church. He served in Elder's Quorum Presidencies, Bishoprics and other ward and stake callings. Carlos enjoyed genealogy, woodworking and refinishing antique furniture. His homemade fudge was legendary. Carlos is survived by his spouse, children, grandchildren; Amanda Telford Rossie (Michael), Adam Telford, Alex Telford (Camille), Andrew Telford (Lalaine), a great grandchild, James Telford, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister (Cloea).
