It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved, Alonzo Omar Reyes, who passed away on April 2nd, 2025, at St. Luke's Children's Hospital in Boise, Idaho, at the age of 11. Alonzo was born in Nampa, Idaho, August 16th, 2013. Alonzo was a bright, joyful, and adventurous boy who lived life to the fullest. He was always ready to take on any challenge, and his infectious laughter and playful spirit made him a friend to everyone he met. Alonzo loved to make people laugh with his jokes, bringing happiness to those around him every day. His vibrant personality and big heart will be missed deeply by all who knew him. One of Alonzo's joys was being outdoors. Whether he was camping or fishing with his family, Alonzo cherished the time spent in nature. These moments of adventure and bonding with his family were some of his happiest. Alonzo had a great passion for reading, often getting so many books from the library that he couldn't finish them before their return date. His artistic abilities extended into his love for drawing, and he spent much of his time making comic books with his brothers, dreaming up exciting stories and characters. Alonzo had a special gift for connecting with those he loved. His dad, Alfredo, affectionately called him "Papito," a nickname that will forever represent the deep and unbreakable bond they shared. Alonzo was the loving brother of Alfredo Jr., Maxx, Jo, Tylee, Georgia, and Armando. His father Alfredo, mother Stephanie, and his mom Heather Trejo whom loved him very much, will forever cherish and hold his memory in their hearts. Alonzo's family circle also includes his cherished grandparents, Alfredo Reyes Sr., Teresa Monarez, Paul Page (Poopa), and Cassandra Page (Nana), as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, all of whom adored him deeply. Alonzo was preceded in death by his grandmother, Teresa Yepez. Though Alonzo's time with us was far too short, his joy, laughter, and love will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. He may be gone, but his spirit will remain in the hearts of his family and friends, forever cherished. Rest in peace, Papito. You were deeply loved. Funeral services will be held at Zeyer Funeral Home. His family invites all who knew and loved him to join them in honoring his memory.

Con gran tristeza, anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestro querido Alonzo Omar Reyes, quien falleció el 2 de abril de 2025 en el Hospital de niños St. Luke's de Boise, Idaho, a la edad de 11 años. Alonzo nació en Nampa, Idaho, el 16 de agosto de 2013. Alonzo fue un niño brillante, alegre y aventurero que vivió la vida al máximo.
