In Loving Memory of Meryl Louise Larkin, age 92 who passed away peacefully at St. Alphonsus Hospital on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 in Nampa, Idaho. She met Howard Larkin at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Buffalo, New York and they married in June of 1948. The couple moved to Sunnyvale, California in 1950 to raise their family and in 1984 they moved to Nampa, Idaho, for Howard's job and eventual retirement. She had a beautiful singing voice, played steel guitar, and the organ. She enjoyed Scrabble, crosswords, puzzles, knitting, flower gardening, and canning. Meryl loved cats and dogs. She was a devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her three children, grandson, great-granddaughter and three nephews. A public memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 13 at Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N Midland Blvd in Nampa, Idaho. A Zoom link will be provided by Zeyer Funeral Chapel for those unable to attend in person. A private burial will follow that same day at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Boise, Idaho.
