Daniel Tod Burningham was born July 9, 1987, in Omaha, Nebraska. In September of that year he joined the family of Tod Sessions Burningham and Anna Deane Hadley Burningham. Daniel was sealed for all eternity to his parents on May 3, 1988 in the Denver Colorado Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It was on Dec. 3, 1989, that Lisa Ann joined the family just days after her birth and in Nov. 1990 was sealed to the family for all eternity in the Boise Idaho Temple.
From his early childhood Daniel had a zest for learning and had a brilliant mind. He loved to challenge himself in developing a keen understanding of the world around him. He was greatly interested in computers and electronics and also developed many talents including playing the piano where he often would transpose music on the spot. Daniel was very creative in many such ways. He loved adventure and adrenaline producing activities such as parachuting and catapulting from high places. He enjoyed going to the movie theater, even by himself sometimes. As a friend he was loyal and respected those who held themselves to high standards. He was fiercely loyal to his sister Lisa and to his parents. Although he faced many trials and difficulties throughout his life he never gave up and was determined to keep trying to do his best.
Daniel is survived by his parents Tod S. and Anna D. Burningham; sister Lisa A. (Aaron) Shewmaker and soon to be nephew; uncle Kent S (Marilynn) Burningham; and numerous cousins.
