See what families have to say

Many families reach out after the conclusion of the services to let us know how much our support and guidance meant to them in their time of need, and we’re honored to receive such heartfelt praise. We feel that these messages speak for themselves and we’d like to share them with you.

If you feel we’ve gone above and beyond in supporting you through this difficult time, or would simply like to reach out and say thanks, contact us to share your thoughts. It means the world to us to hear from you and know that we’ve made a difference.

On behalf of the Jack McDougal family, we wish to express our sincere gratitude to the staff of Zeyers for the gentle and compassionate way you helped us navigate through the difficult process of saying goodbye to my beloved dad. We especially want to thank Albert, whose unfailing patience, availability, and understanding made our burden so much easier. We requested a Protestant service with bagpipe salute and many amongst our family and friends commented that it was a beautiful memorial to Dad. Thank you again, Albert and Zeyers' staff, for everything - We are truly grateful to you for working with us to make it a moving celebration of a life well lived.

On the behalf of Delores Clevenger family - Malinda, Chris, Naomie and Tyler I would like to say thank you. You treated us with kindness and compassion and her memorial service was beautiful. When mom passed (she passed at home) and when you came down to pick her up you gave me private time to say good bye before you took her out and you left a red rose on her pillow - red roses was her favorite. You let me come down and spend private time with mom and as long as I wanted before she was taken to the crematorium. We want to say thank you for the respectful way mom was treated and the respect, kindness and compassion shown to us.

I just wanted to thank you for the kind and respectful way you treated my mother. From the time you picked her up at the hospital until the time we said our final good bye at the cemetary. Dealing with a large family like ours in shock and grief was a challenge, which you all handled us oh so patiently. This was a hard time for us and your professionalism was greatly noted and appreciated. Sincerely, Diana Murray
